The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA)
The Gateway Chapter, Paralyzed Veterans of America (Gateway PVA) strictly prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Gateway PVA is committed to ensuring that its Transportation Program is accessible to all persons. Passengers with disabilities may request modifications to current procedures in order to access the service. To do so, please call 314-427-0393 or email info@gatewaypva.org at least one day before the activity or event.
If you have a complaint about the accessibility of our services or believe you have been discriminated against because of your disability, you may file an ADA complaint by completing, signing, and submitting our ADA Complaint Form.
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VI)
The Gateway Chapter, Paralyzed Veterans of America (Gateway PVA) operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, or national origin, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Title VI notices are posted on our website, in public areas of our agency, in our board room, and on our buses and/or paratransit vehicles.
If you believe you have been discriminated against on the basis of race, color, or national origin by Gateway PVA's Transportation Program, you may file a Title VI complaint by completing, signing, and submitting our Title VI Complaint Form.
